Here is my detailed marketing plan. These are the techniques that I will use to sell your property.

 

·         "For Sale" signs in your yard. Having a sign helps promote your property. It also has our office phone number on it, which does not go to an answering machine. There is always somebody on the other end of that number from morning till night, seven days a week, to answer any questions from house-hunters.

 

 

·         Send out fliers that include a picture of your home and a description of its size and features. I do a direct mailing to all houses in the area right after I list your property.

 

 

·        A listing in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which is a database of all the homes in a given area that are listed by registered users (which includes the vast majority of agents). I will write up an add and highlights the qualities and photos of your home.

 

 

·        Advertising in local newspapers, magazines and the Internet- All local newspapers and real estate books WILL be used to sell, market and advertise your house.

 

 

·        Open houses, which -- like ads -- are meant to generate traffic through your home and create some word-of-mouth interest. - I plan to do an open house, only if I do not see action and calls on the property.

 

 

·        Showings of your home. As your listing agent I will  coordinate times to show it to potential buyers and for other agents and their clients to see the house. I will give you enough warning that viewers are coming so that you can tidy up the house.

 

 

·        Feed back and Communication  is essential. I will always provide feedback.  I always provide feedback from the people that tour your home, which will help you improve it for the next showing.
